One of the most spectacular scenes recreated in the Museum is the one that represents the reception that the Catholic Monarchs made to Christopher Columbus, upon returning from his first American trip, in the Tinell Hall in Barcelona on April 24, 1493.
Precisely the figure of Colón was the first to be placed in the Wax Museum in 1972.
